• General Information. The place of sale for all online items is Lugano, Switzerland. All orders are sent from this location, unless otherwise stated.
  
• Warranty and Right of Withdrawal. All goods are guaranteed authentic. Any order of goods may be returned within fourteen days of receipt for any reason. Coins that have been encapsulated ("slabbed") by an appraisal and/or authentication service cannot be returned for any reason, including authenticity, if they have been removed from the capsule ("slab"). The customer shall bear the costs of shipping all items and insure them for their full value. Refunds will be given when the the item has returned to our office.
  
• Prices. For all goods except gold coins delivered to Switzerland, there is a Swiss value added tax (VAT) currently amounting to 8.1% of the price. This will be added automatically. Goods shipped out of Switzerland do not pay Swiss VAT. Taxes of any kind levied abroad are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Payment. Invoices must be paid by bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal. Orders can be paid in CHF/Swiss Francs, Euros or US Dollars.
